Born and raised in Joliet, IL, where I learned everything I know about what it means to be a human. Only child of Bob and Judy Lorz––who raised me to be passionate, kind, self-sufficient, and rational. I'm also an eco-concious, animal rights-advocating do-gooder who is constantly monitoring how my decisions affect the world around me. New York City is where I became the person I am today, and where I plan on staying. Living in a city where one can exist in just about any way, shape, or form suits me quite nicely.
ACTOR & ARTIST
NYC-based stage and film actor represented by The Mine. Trained in musical theatre at NYU - CAP21. Also studied experimental / physical theatre in Amsterdam through NYU. The goal is to one day have enough influence, in one way or another, to do something about the deteriorating state of our planet. All of that sounds terribly depressing, I realize, but I love using humor and wit to illuminate the unpleasant things in life. In many ways, I try to create art that makes black and white out of the massive gray area in which we exist. Decipher what it means to be mortal. I think when you have the power to move people, you need to use that ability for good––fighting off feelings of selfishness, a tendency toward greed, and the growing epidemic of feeling powerless.
